Schmergel Enterprises (Infinity’s parent company) is established, and they develop their first office building in Great Neck, New York.


600 Northern Boulevard opens in a premiere location on Long Island, establishing Schmergel Enterprises as a leading New York Developer.


Nikon selects Schmergel Enterprises as the developer for its United States corporate headquarters.


Members of the Schmergel family establish the Infinity Home Collection and begin building homes in the Denver, Colorado metro area.


Schmergel Enterprises and Infinity collaborate to build the Crestline Office Center, which is also home to Infinity’s corporate office.


The contemporary Sky Terrace town homes win the Gold Nugget and National Association of Homebuilders Award for "Project of the Year."


The Moda Lofts are constructed; featuring a luxury STC Rating (excellence in acoustics/sound dampening), as well as high end finishes.


The Home and Garden Network picks the Infinity Home Collection to build the HGTV Green Home for their acclaimed giveaway TV series.


Tejon Heights opens with one and two-story apartment units located in the heart of Denver's LoHi neighborhood. Winner of the 2016 American Institute of Architects Design Award:


Infinity Property Collection is established as the management company for all Infinity          commercial properties in Denver.


Construction of LoHi Garden is completed in the Lower Highland Neighborhood. Home to three restaurants, the building features seamless indoor/outdoor transitions and skyline views. 


Development of Firehouse begins, an adaptive re-use project that transforms an 1890s firehouse into office and retail space in the center of LoHi. 


The Bell & Palmer breaks ground, the future home of 110 one-bedroom and studio apartments with ground floor retail at 31st and Zuni Street.
